gallshare lets a pool owner create a shared photo/video pool and invite friends to join, upload, and interact with it. By creating an account, joining a pool, or uploading anything, you agree to these terms.
You keep ownership of whatever you upload. By uploading a photo or video to a pool, you’re granting everyone else in that pool permission to view, react to, comment on, and download it — that’s the whole point of the product. You’re responsible for having the right to share what you upload, and for not uploading anything illegal, someone else’s private content without their consent, or anything infringing another person’s rights.
If you create a pool, you’re responsible for who you invite and what happens in it. Storage is limited by your plan’s quota (see Settings for current usage). Deleting your account permanently deletes every pool you own, for everyone in it — there’s no undo.
Joining a pool with an invite link doesn’t create a full account — just a lightweight membership tied to your name and email for that pool. The pool owner can see and manage who’s in their pool.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in Settings; changes take effect per Stripe’s standard proration rules.
Don’t use gallshare to upload or share illegal content, harass anyone, violate someone else’s privacy, or attempt to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We can suspend or remove accounts and content that violate this.
gallshare is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your photos safe and the service available, but we’re not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date above.
